7. Conditioning for Climbing – Part 1 of 2

In this Yoga & Stretching for Climbing video, our CTT Yoga Instructor Ashley Fay walks us through a Conditioning flow for climbing. This video is Part One of a two-part segment, both designed to get your heart-rate up and the blood flowing!

1. Downward Facing Dog – Straight back, loosen up by walking out your legs.

2. Inhale through High Plank to Up Dog → Exhale through to Down Dog – Repeat for 2 min

3. Child’s Pose

4. Downward Facing DogKnee to Nose – Inhale right leg up, exhale right leg forward through the arms to nose (10x).

5. Child’s Pose

6. Downward Facing DogKnee to Nose – Inhale left leg up, exhale left leg forward through the arms to nose (10x).

7. Downward Facing Dog – Straight back, loosen up by walking out your legs.

8. Child’s Pose
